
Do not let stress get you down! Try getting rid of anxiety and blues naturally by journaling for 30 days straight. Just write. Do it for 30 days to make it a habit and see if journaling will help you live a life worth loving.
I find journaling fun. Try it. It helps to relieve emotional eating and anxiety caused by life’s stress.
Practice it every day. It probably will not help immediately because it takes time. If you are highly stressed or anxious, you may need a mental health referral.
Write once or more times a day. It’s all up to you. See what works. Do not be concerned with grammar and spelling. Just write. The journaling will become easier every day if you keep at it.
This week
1. Write about what stresses you out the most.
2. Try to figure out what helps you the most with releasing stress.
3. Take some me-time this week.
4. Write in your journal every day.
5. Reward yourself for doing the above.
6. Decide your favorite thing to do if you could do anything you wanted.
7. Look for meaning in your life. Try to find what adds joy to your life.
8. You will need a journal (I highly suggest using a journal or notebook, not writing in a Word document or straight on to your blog).
9. Mornings are usually the best time to journal. Try to write at least once every morning ( if mornings do not work for you, find a time that does).
10. Do not edit your journal.
11. Try writing nonstop in a stream-of-consciousness style.
12. Write every day for 30 days.
